Conferences

Unique and modern, Bannisters boasts incomparable conference facilities. The Tasman penthouse, Pinnacle Penthouse and Courtyard Suite provide a spacious and luxurious conference environment. The Functions Team works closely with you in the preparation of your event ensuring all your needs are catered for. The Executive Conference Packages (6 hours) is $70 per delegate and the Director's Conference Package (8 hours) is $90 per delegate.

Weddings

A wedding at Rick Stein at Bannisters is a truly memorable experience. Lunch weddings are available, excluding cocktail-style, with a maximum of 100 guests. You and your guests are able to enjoy sole use of Banisters during your stay to ensure it’s a celebration that is never to be forgotten.

Group functions

Bannisters is also available for private functions. The Garden Room (a section of the main restaurant) is available depending on the type of function and needs. Contact the Functions Manager for more information.
