Bannisters by the Sea is home to the renowned Rick Stein restaurant. Staying true to Rick’s mantra of ‘fresh seafood, simply cooked’, the restaurant has been serving up incredible dishes for over a decade. Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner and Saturday and Sunday for lunch, a dining experience at Rick Stein at Bannisters is a must!
With iconic ocean views, relaxing sun loungers and refreshing cocktails, the Pool Bar at Bannisters by the Sea is an ideal perch to while away a few hours. Open daily, in-house guests of By the Sea can enjoy privacy while they soak up the sun and sea breeze during the day, while out of house guests are welcome from 6pm to enjoy the menu.

Find The Rooftop Bar & Grill sitting atop Bannisters Pavilion. Sheltered by swaying palms, The Rooftop offers casual dining, with a menu of colourful seasonal dishes, eclectic craft beers, wines, and killer cocktails. Laze by the sparkling aqua pool with a drink in hand during the day, or book to dine on deliciousness at night.
Open 7 nights a week for dinner, and Saturday and Sunday for lunch.
Elevated higher still, the Upper Deck is the pinnacle of and relaxation at Pavilion. Head up the stairs for a private oasis for in-house guests only, where you can bask in the sunshine, enjoy a good book while you sip away.

For those on the go and those who simply need a second cup, the Coffee Cart outside Bannisters Pavilion has you covered. Grab an Allpress Espresso and a fresh house-baked treat on you way out and keep caffeinated!

Our restaurants, spa and bars are popular amongst both guests and locals, we recommend that dining and spa bookings are made at the same time as your accommodation booking to avoid disappointment.
