We have a COVID-19 Safety Plan and are committed to keeping you safe. This situation is dynamic and we continue to monitor advice and information locally and nationally. We have introduced additional precautionary measures for your comfort and peace of mind.
We follow NSW health guidelines and have been actively briefing and training our team. All public areas, guest rooms and back of house areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards, we are paying extra attention to high-touch areas during this time.
We ask all guests to follow good hygiene as recommended by NSW Health including hand and respiratory best practice. Hand sanitiser has been placed throughout our public areas, including walkaways.
Our venues implement social distancing and we will be making the most of our stunning outdoor spaces. It is a condition of entry that guests use the NSW app for checking into each of our venues, even if you are a hotel guest.
All guests will be required to check in with the NSW Service app and denied entry if they do not meet NSW Health entry criteria for our dining venues and spa.
If you are presenting with any illness prior to your booking, we ask you to stay home. Should symptoms develop during your stay, we ask you to contact our duty manager, who can advise on a suitable course of action.
During your stay, NSW Government COVID-19 restrictions may apply to our operations. These changes will be communicated to you upon check-in or during your stay. Where Package inclusions are unavailable our team will contact you prior to your stay to discuss alternatives.
