Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner hosted by Rick Stein on Sunday evening where Rick will converse with diners as he discusses his latest book Long Weekends. The incredible meal will be accentuated with wine from Cape Mentelle vineyards. Hailing from the renowned Margaret River wine region, Cape Mentelle is highly esteemed as one of the regions ‘founding five’ wineries

Continuing Monday, guests will attend one of two cooking demonstrations spending an unforgettable two hours with Rick in his element as he cooks some of his latest dishes, while you get to taste the results.
