The Jackson Ranch is hosting a rural restaurant pop-up this Winter at it’s Bawley Point locale.
Partnering with Chef Jonny Staples of Citrus, the restaurant will feature rustic dishes sure to warm and delight. With a focus on locally sourced and seasonal produce, dishes will explore rich and hearty flavours.
Guests will enjoy a three-course menu for $80 per person and the menu will change fortnightly and feature a number of fresh and exciting specials each night.
The pop-up will be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings between the 9th June – 20th August 2022. Ranch dwellers and visitors alike are welcome.
The Jackson Ranch is located at 101 Willinga Road, Bawley Point.
