After a successful season of Masterclasses in 2021 the Rick Stein at Bannisters team is bringing the sessions back bigger and better than before with the classes moving into a long table lunch. We will be kicking the season off with a special class inspired by Rick Stein’s The Road to Mexico cookbook.

Every month we will be exploring a range of fresh produce based on Rick’s cookbooks, French Odyssey and Far Eastern Odyssey, through an intimate cooking demonstration with Mitchell Turner while Kerr Aitken shares his expertise on beverage pairings. Both Mitch and Kerr will be available for a Q & A session after their demonstration. Come along to develop your knowledge and receive expert advice, from preparation through to presentation.

At $75 a ticket, each Masterclass guest will receive a cocktail on arrival, a main course, dessert and a matching wine.

If you can’t make it to our first session, we will be running two Masterclasses each month from May to August.
